The space

This property is a GREAT location directly across the road from the beach and next to the Getty Villa. Just 7 minutes’ drive to Santa Monica, and 5 minutes to Pacific Palisades Village. The second bedroom can be made up with either 1 King bed or 2 Single beds.

There are a couple steps between the living areas and the hallway that accesses both bedrooms. The parking space will hold up to a mid-size SUV. Larger vehicles can park unrestricted down the road.

All Utilities, WiFi, TV, Linens & Towels, and Parking are included in the rental.

NO Air Conditioning, but the beach climate is moderate and we provide fans for every room.

NOTE - All Guests are required to sign and agree to our House Rules at check-in.

This is a strictly enforced Smoke-free property inside and outside, including the balcony, entry way, garage, and driveway!

Mid-stay cleanings required on stays of 3-weeks or longer. The cost is $175. We can schedule the cleanings at your convenience.

Guest access

You'll be greeted at the front door, and shown the property. After that, you'll have your own door key code to allow you in and out of the property.
Parking for 1 car.

Mid-Stay Cleaning required on stays of 3 weeks or longer at $175 per cleaning.

• Guest is responsible for returning Garage Openers. Lost garage remotes $200 replacement cost.
• Guest is responsible for leaving the property in the same condition at time of check-out as it was at check-in.
