About This Accommodation

Lovely 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom top floor, corner with balcony and amazing views in a fabulous location on the west side of Hollywood just off Sunset Blvd. Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Gym, Parking. Close to shops, restaurants, Sunset Strip, Hollywood & Highland, West Hollywood.

The space

Fab centrally located apartment on the west side of Hollywood near the West Hollywood border. Updated kitchen with all appliances, including microwave and dishwasher. Balcony from the living room with great views.

All new furnishings as of July 2021

There is a king bed in the master bedroom and you can have your choice of either two twins or one king in the guest bedroom. The sofa in the living room is a high quality sofa bed.

Community amenities include: pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, barbecue and community laundry room. There is no washer/dryer IN the unit.

2 assigned Parking spaces (tandem) in the secure garage.

NOTE - All Guests are required to sign and agree to our House Rules at check-in.

$200 replacement fee for each item lost or not returned.

- Guest is responsible for leaving the property in the same condition at time of check-out as it was at check-in.

ANY SMOKING, UNAUTHORIZED PETS, DISTURBANCE TO NEIGHBORS IN THE BUILDING, OR ANY VIOLATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND PROPERTY RULES WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT: $2,000
