This top floor one bedroom apartment has a nice balcony with great views of the Hollywood Hills and Downtown LA.

The apartment is in a secure building. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all of the pots, pans and dishes that you'll need. There's a sofa bed in the living room in case you have an unexpected guest stay over. There is also a fireplace. The bedroom has a king size bed. The rooftop pool and hot tub has amazing 360 degree views and there is also a sauna and fitness center in the building. There is secure underground parking for one car.
