- Guest is responsible for returning ALL property KEY FOBS
$200 replacement fee for each item lost or not returned.
- Guest is responsible for leaving the property in the same condition at time of check-out as it was at check-in.

ANY SMOKING, UNAUTHORIZED PETS, DISTURBANCE TO NEIGHBORS IN THE BUILDING, OR ANY VIOLATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND PROPERTY RULES WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Mid-Stay Cleaning required on stays of 3 weeks or longer at $130 per cleaning.
